Hi guys. Have we recovered from the Deathly Hallows trailer? I haven't. But, I decided to bring something new to Sassy today. I've been keeping an eye on this project for a while, and with all the drama surrounding The Last Airbender, I thought it'd be nice to discuss M. Night Shyamalan in a positive light.
Today we have the debut of the first trailer for the film Devil. It's being touted as a story "from the mind of M. Night Shyamalan" with a script by Brian Nelson and direction by The Dowdle Bros (Quarantine). The story centers on a group of people trapped in an elevator. Cool! One of them is the devil. YIKES!!
Looks promising, eh? And SCARY!! I'm gonna go ahead and call it right now, I think the old lady is the devil. Because old people are mean. What are your guesses? Leave your thoughts in the comments!
PS Youtube, I am not amused by M. Night Shamadingdong. Maybe you're the reason why M. Night felt the need to racebend his last movie...

ooh that looks really good. my dad and i were just talking (after we saw the last airbender, #shameful) about how we loove m night's movies but they've been going downhill and he needs to be put in check (i.e. use his ideas but don't have him doing writing, producing, and directing, but just one). this should be the perfect way to get back to his really good work.
I agree!! This movie really looks like a step in the right direction for him. We were rooting for him we were all rooting for him!! Oh and don't be ashamed, we were contemplating seeing the last airbender too.
it better not be the black guy cause that would be racist! i would still see the last airbender. im not a fair weather fan. i liked the village and the lady in the water.
